COTTAGE DOGS 2008
As doggy people ourselves, we do enjoy our doggy guests and have tried to make the cottages as pet friendly as possible.
You can walk from the cottages, but there is usually stock in the neighbouring fields and the local farmers, in time honoured fashion, tie their gates up with wire, so there can be some clambering over fences and lifting dogs. However, just a short drive away, there is some great walking from forests and moorland to the fantastic beaches on the Moray Coast. In each cottage we provide details of some good dog walking. While we have never yet had a dog write on the wall in Biro!! (that's one reason we no longer take children under 10), we have had a couple of occasions where our hospitality has been "misunderstood" and so we have some simple Do's and Don'ts for pet owners. If you would like a copy of our "Doggy Rules" or want to have a chat before booking, please don't hesitate to contact us. If you decide to make a booking, and are bringing pets, please use the "additional Information" box to tell us the number and breed of dogs you are planning to bring. All we really ask is that you consider the guests in the neighbouring cottage and remember that the guests following you may not have dogs. |
